WELCOME TO THE NEW

UTAH REPORTING SYSTEM IMPORT

This new feature allows candidates, officeholders, and political entities, to email their financial disclosure information to our office, to be imported into Utah Reporting System. This will eliminate the task of manually entering each contribution or expenditure into Utah Reporting System.

The financial disclosure information must be emailed to disclosure@utah.gov in a specific, simple, format (template), or our office can not import the data.

As required by law, a completed Signature Authorization must ALSO be received by our office BEFORE the financial disclosure may be considered submitted. The completed Signature Authorization may be hand delivered, mailed, faxed, or scanned and emailed to our office at disclosure@utah.gov. See below to print the appropriate Signature Authorization form.
