How
can I obtain an absentee ballot?
A
separate absentee ballot application must
be filled out for each election. This form is available online.
All completed forms should be mailed to the following offices:
- For regular
general/primary elections (held
in even-numbered years)
This
application must be filed by mail or in person in the office of
the voter's county clerk.
- For municipal
elections (held
in odd-numbered years)
This application should be filed by mail or in person in the office
of the voter's city
clerk or recorder. Salt Lake County voters should file their form with the Salt Lake County Clerk's Office.
